i'm here to explain step by step How to get bots to work in a custom map made by you or someone else.

Ok i'm gonna get right into it.

Easy part:

put the map.bsp file in your steam/steamapps/youraccount/Counter-Strike Source/cstrike/maps folder and start Counter-Strike Source. Then click "Create Server" and customize your settings to the way you want. Start the server with your map selected.

Complex for BIG BIG noobs:

Now press esc and go into "Options" and select the "Keyboard" section then click on "Advanced" and make sure "Enable Developer Console (~)" is check marked. Now go into game and press the ~ button beside the number 1 button. A window named "Console shows up. In the typeing strip type "svcheats 1"(Without the quotes) then type in "navgenerate" (Again without the quotes) and then press ~ again to go back into game and a loading bar should be there. Wait for it to finish loading and the server should restart. Then your done :)

Note: If the bots don't connect just open the "Console" again with the ~ button and type "Botaddxx" Replace xx with the team you want the bot on [T or CT]. If you want the bot to be on a random team just type "Bot_add" and they will join a random team but they always keep the teams even.
