Creating a Transparent Spray

Welcome

I'm going to teach you how to do a quick transparent spray with Photoshop and css only! The image can be downloaded here.

This tutorial was requested by Fidelity

List of Things You Need.
  1. Adobe Photoshop CS2.
  2. CSS duh.

I'm azuming that you already have a trasparent background.

The steps.
  1. Merge all layers together (Ctrl+E).
  2. Then go to Select > Load selection. Press ok when the popup apears.(now your image is selected with black and white stripes)
  3. Now go to the channel tab.(next to the layer tab)
  4. Add a channel, your image will now be black.(make sure it's still selected.)
  5. Now press backspace to make the selected part white. If that doesn't happen then check the color box and invert the colors.
  6. Now go back to the layers tab and click one layer you have, the image will now be in color again.
  7. Press ctrl+d to deselect.
  8. Go to File > Save as and save it as an .tga and save it to an easy to remeber place. A popup appears and just select 32-Bit and pess ok.
  9. Go in source and import the .tga file and you're done!
Result:
Monster inc. #1
