this short tutorial will teach you how to change the game name
simple and easy and with the help of this tutorial anyone can change the game's title
first- locate the cstrike folder second- search for a notepad file named "gameinfo" third- watch the two lines of the note pad it may be "title1" and "title2" and change the name you desire
OPTIONAL: the game does not requires a "title2" but still you can provide it

EDIT: Never mind, I've figured it out. Nice lil' tip, really appreciate it.
EDIT EDIT: "title2" for me made the words typed in those lines blue. Don't worry, this is caused by a custom GUI I've downloaded.

its not working for you guys ?....perhaps because you may be using a stream version.....mine's a non stream version of the game(kps hosting servers)
Nope... everytime I start game the file seems to go back to default....
