How do you apply Mani Admin Plugin?

I would like to know how you apply Mani Admin Plugin to a source deicated server (at home). I am able to apply it to CSS but I don't know how to add Admins! Please can someone tell me or E-mail a simple tutorial? I will give 100 points to someone who gives me a good easy to follow Mani Admin Plugin tutorial!
