Cl_restrict_server commands 0 AHHHHHHHHH

I don't know if this is the right place where to post i but help....coz of this stupid update we have to type clrestrictserver_commands 0 in console...just 1 problem?how u write in console? don't tell me to press the tilde button coz i'm not uk neither usa i'm from germany and there is not the tilde button AHHH help plz

    Go to options and click on the keyboard tab. Click on advanced at the bottom. There should be two check boxes. Make sure that enable developer console is checked. The key that opens the console should be shown in parenthesis right there.

    Yes but it doesn't work coz there is written i need to push the tilde button -.- and i don't have it coz i'm german and don't have tilde button

    My freind from germany said

    "he has to start cs with the parameter "-console" and then he can type in something like "bind f10 toggleconsole"

    or he can put

    "bind f10 toggleconsole" in his .cfg"

    So i go to my steam games,choose css, properties and type "-console bind p toggleconsole" to the launch options right?

    Steam Games -> CS:S -> Properties -> Set launch options... -> type "-console"

    Then start the game, boom, you've got the console, then type bind "?" "toggleconsole" and then you can take the -console off from the launch options and always open the console with the key you binded.

    Change your cfg in ur cfg folder

    Yes, I also hate that you have to type this in console. I had to type it in more than once.
