Photo shop

Does anyone know how to ancor a layer for photo shop. So I can be able to copy and paste it into the VTF file. Cause when i do it all it copies is the background and it comes out to be the original model of it... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME...

    I mean how can you copy and paste the picture that u just edited. without it bein the original picture

    Press "ctrl+shift+e" to merge layers and then copy.
