Chrome like skins what the?

Look it used to be normal one day ago then i decided to download a skin then MOST of my skins Fucked up. I tried deleting the ctstrike folder and the skin that caused this but still they still appear like that what the fuck?

    Delete your cstrike folder again. Also try reinstalling.

    In your console, try setting:

    clspecular 1 clbumpmap 1

    or

    clspecular 0 clbumpmap 0

    Ensure quality and do it yours

    Yeah but Dysan that gets rid of all his Normal maps. I think he may want some. Anyway, tell me the exact AK that is and I can tell you exactly where to go/what to do.
