C4 Text

How would one go about changing the text on the c4 so instead of numbers you get letters. I looked on C4.vtf and C4_light.vtf and neither of them show text that you can change. So now I turn to fpsb, does anyone know how to do this?

    It might be on c4panel.res or c4view_panel.res but I dont have a program that opens that type of file.

    Res files can be opened with notepad...everyone has notepad :P
