Gun skins

Ok ok ok i get the fact from the other threads that this gets annoying but here it is anyway... I would like to know if the skins i want to use will always show up when I play or just on certain servers and also I put the files in C>program>steam... or w/e and then into the guns file but it didn't use the skin I wanted it used the original skin please help me

    If installed correctly, the skins will work on all servers

    Ugh it's still not working I guess i just need some better instructions i tried cabooses inctructions and i think i did it the righ way but im not sure
