Saving Skins? Filters?

I'm trying to make some nice gloves, For an example, it has a tattoo.

But for some reason when I save it the tattoo looks like crap ingame. Now I've seen other skins with tattoo and they're so Crisp.

How do you make them so crisp looking ingame?

Some kind of fliter? Please Help. Thanks. =)

    What do you mean resize? I know what it is.. But Shouldn't everything be the same size as the original skin?

    Don't bump threads. Did you try the tutorial sections? Or google if that doesn't help?

    What Birdyman means is you resize the original hand .vtf, then add the tatto.
