HLSW HElp

Hi my freinds and i started a server. I need help using HLSW. How do i get to the rcon console. I know how to give the rcon password but i need a console. HELp!

    Uhm, try going to options > multiplayer > advanced > enable console.

    that enables it, now press ~ or ` to open console, is that wot u mean???

    Go to view>rcon thing, click that then at the bottomb of your screen drag the line up a little, untill you see the rcon section. (this messes everyone up)
