Convert this to a usable spray please?

I just can't find out how to do it. I've gotten close, but there have been problems with no instructions...

    The image is an animated .gif, and if memory serves, CS:S doesn't support .gif files

    Unfortunately no, .gif images can't be imported into CS:S. The main reasons for this is due to the fact that Valve dropped support for certain image formats quite a few updates back, and animated .gif images also don't retain the animation.

    Doktor Haus made a tutorial on converting animated .gif images into animated sprays, which you can find here.
