My steam account has been hacked

i can't play CS:S anymore :'(

I've been hacked, I had 570 hours playing counter strike :'( I had this account since i was 11 years D':

    Is it not very hard to hack steam? You must know the victims email and password for it. unless you have the same password for steam and your email wich is very stupid.

    Just do what IppE said and contact Steam Support, there's really not that much any of us here can do for you if your account got hacked.

    Uhh, yeahhh, who the hell would do THAT?

    Contact Steam support, it's actually quite common to be able to retrieve a stolen account. A friend of mine recently got his account back thanks to Steam support. Also, for the future, if you don't use the same password for Steam and your email linked to Steam and use Steam Guard, it's practically impossible to lose your account. If you notice a Steam Guard key in your inbox you didn't request, you know someone is trying to steal your account and you'll be able to change your password before someone runs off with it.

    But it's still way better to have two hard as hell passwords than just one. If you got 30+ games on your account, then your brain will remember those two passwords pretty easily.
