i'm having an issue with CS:S the main menu text doesn't appear .

In here i'm Using righT GUI :f

Even with out it it's without a main menu text .

    It can maybe be because of a wrong key binding perhaps? Because that screen appears when you hit F10.

    I think it's the fonts but i tried every thing .

    well after i installed RighT GUI thfirst time it worked perfectly then i unistalled it and it was a plain main menu no text only the console

    Go on Steam - setting, and disable the steam cloud from there, after you disable it from the game library, for css, by hitting properties, and THEN EXIT STEAM, GO TO steamapps/(youraccountnamehere)/counter strike source, DELETE THE WHOLE FOLDER, THEN Log again on steam, run css, make your game setting, then exit.THIS 100% fix the problem, I had this issue, and this is what steam support told me, and it worked! You may re-enable after this the steam cloud from steam setting, not the game, and then enable it from css, and MAYBE, re-enter css and IF a steam window will pop-up that the files from cloud are conflicting, USE UPLOAD THIS ONE, NOT THE DOWNLOAD TO THIS MACHINE. But if the issue still occours after this, re-make the steps, but when re-enabling cloud, don't enable anymore it for css.

    owh yeah this problem is easy fix.

    try using the default GameMenu.res.

    its located in Cstrike > Resource > GameMenu.res.

    Yeah, it's a good way, it works too, but also my idea is good, it might work too. :>
