So the other day i've checked Blur's youtube channel ( Vaz3rGB) and i Saw some awsome graphic mod.

    Yea looks like Sony Vegas Editing, It may be an ENB bloom... Even if it is an ENB I don't think you could use it because ENB's use a .dll that modifies the game and VAC would scream at you and chances are you would get banned, I will admit it is freaking nice! ;)
