I can't aim or move at all.

But anyways, I suck at CSS.
I can't aim I can't move right
Aiming: People say to aim at the neck and head area. I try that. But once the first bullet is out, every other shot misses. People say to 'reset' your recoil, but I don't completely get how to do that. Other people can reset their recoil instantly while mine takes a whole second to reset. And if I aim for the chest, I usually only hit the arms, and do a full 25 damage. And when I do get a kill, the enemy is severely crippled ( <30 health ).
I use the AUG and sig552 because the AK47 is just so inaccurate with me. I have no idea how people do good with it and it frustrates me to see people pulling off 1 shot kills with it. I don't use the m4a1 because of the same reasons, it just doesn't do enough damage though, yet people get 1-2 hit kills.
Moving: I REALLY don't get this part. I try and walk and crouch but it just ends up screwing me over in the end. When I crouch, I'm immobile for second because my person doesn't get up to speed fast at all. When I walk, I just don't notice a thing.
How can I get better?
Don't say: Watch this : youtubelinkhere Aim for the head. This doesn't work for me at all
EDIT: Also, when I played this a couple of months ago, I was on a server that said "Match your (Something dealing with the client and lerp) with the server ticket rate: (tick rate here)"
Anyone know what that is and what the commands are?
