Uh I need help on Chris' Config for CSS, ever since i've been using it, I can't see the flashlight any ideas?

    Elaborate on "Chris' Config". Do you by chance mean OctoChris, aka ConfigKing or otherwise known as "That guy drunk at LAN"? His Configs are designed for TF2 and there are better configs out there for Counter-Strike Source.

    Well is there one that provides a nice fps boost, without the quality being raped?

    Probably not, if you want a better frame rate you either make graphical concessions, or buy a better video card.
