VTFedit can't run on windows 7 ???

I need some help , as you can see my VTFedit v 1.3.3 can't run on windows 7 . Can you show me how to fix this problem ??? Thanks you very much , and one more thing how can I create my own model ???

    Try running it in admin or with xp compatibility.

    Modeling is made with 3D modeling programs like: blender, 3DsMax, etc...

    I'd recommend 3DsMax but its expensive like fuck !

    No, I can't see, it works perfectly fine for me, and with that amount of information it's not going to get easier.

    Also, VTFEdit and models don't have anything to do with one another, but you can read this anyway.

    Well , I have already run it in admin but that didn't work . Oh I thinks I get this problem because I use windows 7 32-bit I guess if I use win7 64-bit this problem won't happend .
