The compilers crash before they even do anything!
By firebird079 2 years agoThe compilers don't do anything! I just get a windows message that vvis, vbsp, and vrad have stopped working the moment they are supposed to start. Here is the useless log:
** Executing... ** Command: "C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\vbsp.exe" ** Parameters: -game "c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\firebird079\counter-strike source\cstrike" "C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\lo.vmf"
** Executing... ** Command: "C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\vvis.exe" ** Parameters: -game "c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\firebird079\counter-strike source\cstrike" "C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\lo"
** Executing... ** Command: Copy File ** Parameters: "C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\lo.bsp" "c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\firebird079\counter-strike source\cstrike\maps\lo.bsp"
The command failed. Windows reported the error: "The system cannot find the file specified."
USELESS! Running Windows 7 HP x64 on and AMD Athlon P320 2.1Ghz with 4GB RAM and an AMD Mobility Radeon 4250. I am trying to compile a simple test map which is a box 1024x1024x1024 with a T spawn and CT spawn entity inside.
