    Played with lightmap scales or vertex manipulation?

    Also a full compile is better than just pieces as everything is generally connected and we can help with other errors that you've probaly overlooked. Pastbin is a good side for linking compiles.

    Zero Area Child Patch: is basically a solid which a bugged face, basically an unrenderable face, it might also be a invalid brush.

    One way to find it is inside of hammer press: Alt + P, this will bring forth the "Hammer problem checker", this tool might be able to find the face, replace/fix/delete the given face will fix the problem...

    (Its some time since i had this error but im sure thats how i fixed it)

    to prevent this error: DO NOT CARVE (tbh you shouldn't use carve, doing it manual is way better, and makes the map run smoother) DO NOT make extreme cutting DO NOT use vertex tool (tbh you shall never use this too)

    the manual way is the only way :)
