Hmm I'd never even heard of that program, a free sculpting voxel modeller, seems interesting.
Anyways you can't directly input them however files out of a sculpter would probably be useless for Source anyways so you're better off sculpting in CB and then exporting to something like XSI or 3ds Max where you can do your texturing and optimisation
At the worst you can convert the .vtf files to .tifs for working and then convert them back to .vtf when your using them in the engine
