HQ World Models

I need somebody to tell me what I do need to make some HQ World models myself

Hello there,

If you have been looking at Skins section recently you will have seen that some people has uploaded some HQ (or HD, depending on the author’s choice) world models of the default Valve’s weapons, BUT NOT ALL. I simply hate to leave things unfinished and also the people who do that, but I also understand the may be busy or not having enough time (and, the most important, their work here is not paid).

So as I am really looking forward to get world models from all weapons (or at least from MP5, P90, AUG and SG552; if someone has already them done or installed I would be truly grateful if they release them in this page) I would like someone to tell me IN THE SIMPLIEST AND NOOBIEST WAY how to get them by myself. Please, not spare or non-free programmes. Thanks a lot.

    First of all; Get the program called '3D Studio Max 2009'. Then you should try searching the site for 3D Studio Max tutorials.

    I doubt you will be making HQ models before 2 years of practice or so

    Thank you, but I did already know it was there, and when I talk about HQ world models I am talking to something like Ruben or Jinx786 work, or the w_models Modderfreak did for Millenia AK47 retexture.

    No, I just want HQ w_models for VALVE's default MP5, P90, SG552 and AUG, in that order of priority. And I would be truly grateful.

    No, HQ world models are actually much more detailed, like Ruben or Jinx786 submissions. Modderfreak did a good job by releasing a huge pack like that, but his world views are quite far from those made by the first authors.

    The point is that they -like Modderfreak before- should have done their job in one go, not releasing some skins and do not say when and what are coming next (if they come). It is NOT my intention to be selfish, but here you need all world models at the same, because it is better to have Valve's defaults for all weapons rather than some ones HQ and some others crappy. In that sense Modderfreak was much more serious, and I am still using some of his world models.
