Menu Background Problem

I'm having issues with my menu backgrounds. I've installed numerous backgrounds and still get the same problem.

I start up CSS, during the "loading" time, the backgrounds looks perfect. Then after it finishes loading, the quality of the backgrounds look horrible! I'm installing everything correctly, so what could be causing this problem?

I messed around with my ingame video options, noluck. Tried running in different DirectX levels, no luck. Tried changing my ingame resolutions, no luck.

Anyone ever experienced this issue? I found one topic on this when I searched, but nobody could really solve the problem.

I'll throw in 5k points if you can solve this for me.

    Hmmm weird, could be a lot of things. post a pic so we can see what your looking at, and post a link to the menu your using. on a random chance open the console and see if its reporting anything

    No errors in console.

    Edit: TF2 background menus works fine on my computer. It's just CSS...
