Cal GUI Question

I think this is the right place to ask about it.

By Switch// 4 years ago

Hey guys, I'm not sure I'm in the right place to ask about it but I think it is...No it must be disregard that.

So recently I download the Cal GUI (Seen here http://www.fpsbanana.com/guis/15444?mn=18)

And I have only one problem with it, it removes the option for me to use my sprays, I know it isn't a big factor but it makes me jealous watching people go around with their humourus type sprays and what not. So my question to you is:

Can I remove the feature that stops me using my sprays? Maybe removing a line in the config? I don't want to piss around with the config if I don't know what I'm doing so it's better to ask you guys first.

I know the sensible thing would have been to ask this question on the submission itself but it was submitted by a guest so it's unlikely I'll get a reply =/

Thanks in advance!

You can use the command cl_logofile. But you'll need to convert the file to .vtf and use the appropriate .vmt file yourself.

    cl_logofile "cl_logofile" = "materials/vgui/logos/urspray.vtf" ( def. "materials/decals/spraylogo.vtf" )

You can use the latter parts of this tutorial to help you if you do not know how to create a .vtf and .vmt for your spray.

Kind of a noobie question, but am I placing this in autoexec, the cal cfg? I'm not sure.

You can use it in a config or you can use it in the in-game console.

And yes, that was a noobie question. :(

;) But as I said, I don't want to be screwing around with crap I don't know about.

Edit: It worked Kat, cheers =) Luckily I remembered what I had it binded to before I installed the GUI xD
