I Can't see anyones sprays

Can someone give me the proper command?

I haven't been able to see anyone else's sprays for the last year. I can see my own. Can someone tell me the console command to turn spray viewing on? I'm missing all the good porn sprays or so I hear...

    Try rspraylifetime 2 or something like that. Can't remember the exact command.

    Are you allowing custom content to be downloaded from servers? Applicable console commands are: clallowdownload 1 and maybe cldownloadfilter all, though I think the latter is only used for server sounds, models, etc.
