Pro Desktop CAD compatible with CSS?

I have this really decent editing programme which is called Pro Desktop Computer Aided Design ( PRO D CAD ) and i was wandering if its compatible with CSS???

    Raw model formats dont go into CSS, they're usualy imported into Milkshape 3D then exported as a SMD/MDL (the Source format for models nad animations) and I'm not sure if your able to import them formats into milkshape, but Id get more confirmationn on that.
