CS_Assault 100 tick BBD Fix?

How to fix bbd for cs_assault?

Per title.

I run an assault server, and am looking for ways to fix bbd from opening slow. I hear there is a fix, but have had little luck finding anything on it.

I figure here is best place to start.

    BBD = Bottom back door.
