Hexagon Tiled Texture

SCI FI Themed Hexagon Tiled Texture

Futuristic Hexagon Tiled Floor Plate:

Another single futuristic tile texture in the same style as my previous release this time its an hexagonal pattern tile that is as well fully tillable with all its shaders for the source engine.

This release contains:

  • The texture files in .TGA as well as in .JPG
  • Converted to .VTF with a proper .VMT file

This could be definitely used as a floor texture in a futuristic map.

If you are going to use this texture please credit me.

    I like it, just like one last time, but i think you could make more textures and then upload them as a futuristic series than just one by one... :)

    Its really when i've got a shape in mind i've don't got any plans to make a set or anything.

    So it will be seperated.

    i like the textures, they're interesting. but i can only really think of using these as multiples, and single space using this would be easy to see the repeating edges. but otherwise its pretty nice, definitely original. keep up the good work

    This isn't map specific, maybe move to other/misc (same with your other texture).

    As for the texture itself, it looks a little plain. Maybe add some dirt (dust etc piles in corner) or stains, bit of damage on edges perhaps. You could also do with fading the self illum out near the edges too and have it go a little yellow/coloured like you see at the sides of fluorescent lights. The yellow stripes on the spec should maybe be darkened too, it's the same material as the black stripes after all.

    Also, defiantly -> definitely.

    Thanks for comment will change the things :)
