Ambience: I really like this office ambiance...if i look at the carpet textures it got that lighting that makes it look realistic...realistic color i mean on the wall textures as well! Detail: When you've made the retextures on all office walls from offwalla.vtf to offwallh.vtf you just did copy/paste the new wood textures on the old ones...some offwallx.vtf are with doors textures and some elevators and you did pasted the simple wood texture..you'd overlay only on the walls but it's okay how it is now...do it next time! Realism: Like i said in the ambiance feedback...the textures are realistic...the lighting effect and the textures are not so colorfull...that i think it makes the realistic feeling!

Hope i see a 2nd version of this with normal maps,maybe some phong...
