Just put it in the cstrike folder, than go in-game, options, multiplayer, and import w/e it was (cstrike->materials->vgui->logos) Cstrike folder as follows, My Computer -> Local Disk C -> Program Files -> Steam -> Steampapps -> (Your Name) -> Counter Strike Source. Put you download there!
