the pattern you choose is not tiled and you just overlapped and overlapped it, thats sad, also whats the RA letters doing there ?

well its not good, its a good idea but its not good done, try finding or making a good tiling pattern and than try this again.

But its a good try for your first skin, though try harder and improve it :)

Texture: If this is your first skin, then you have to do the easier one. Example, reskin weapons, props, etc which are easier.

Also, I suspect you just copy the Red Tiger pattern, then paste it on the image editor for multiple times. After that you place the pasted patterns onto the cloth to cover the whole cloth. This is bad because it covers some parts that isn't supposed to be covered. In other word, you didn't erase unnecessary parts of the pattern.
