Alright, I took a quick look. Adding this line to each player model VMT should fix the issue:
"$normalmapalphaenvmapmask" 1
If that works, I really recommend you just put instructions on the skin pack's comments, rather than having this "fix" submission.
Right - According to Donneh, thats the fix. It does appear to restore everything, but for me I am having some weird preformance problems.
Removing " "$envmap" "env_cubemap" " is another way of fixing this skin, although I recommend you try the above first.

phong is all messed up and makes players super shiny since the css update, that is what he meant.

Just posting for those who don't know, you can fix the skin from being extremely shiny and reflective by going into the VMT file of each respective player model and remove the env_cubemap line.
Mod is broken after CS:S Update. It seems like this phong values in VMT file not working right any more. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Good skin, but may I suggest making a superhero/supervillan skin pack? I would love to see something like that.
