Use some actual 3D modelling programs such as 3DS MAX or MAYA and start from scratches. This guy basically copied the scout's scope and pasted it on the m4a1 which isn't what i would call "modelling".

Also that's a sniper scope, a smaller scope would have been perfect.

It is the wrong way around.Also the weapon is reversed as well.The assist and ejection port are on the right side of the weapon not the left.
