simple.. its a retexture and ur asking him to make animations..... duh..

which is probably something he never did before.

imo one of the best ideas and reskin in a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.. :o

I can't say its as bad as the usual simple reskins, buts definetly not all that impresive. Try building off this idea.
