Ugh, this isn't even overlayed, just lazily pasted over and over. Worst possible way to make a skin.

You might not think you need help, but you need it. Hit the tutorials section and learn some new techniques, simple overlays like this are usually frowned upon because of how easy they are to make.

Why do people insist on posting half-assed work here?

Why on earth would anyone use black and white camo? What are you trying to blend into exactly? I'm not going to try this out, because I have better things to do, but it doesn't look all that great. I'll give you this much, I've seen a ton of worse looking skins though.
