Ok, from this point on, if you have the words: shit, gay, crap, stupid, shitty, etc you comment will be removed.

Unfortunately, you cannot dictate how others make their post in regards to your submissions. Their opinions are going to be stated, and trying to censor them will do nothing but create unnecessary tension between you and them. If someone wants to call this shitty, then they will. Simply ignore their post and move on. Trying to dictate how they post is simply redundant due to the fact that removing their post will only make them re-post it.

As for your skin submission, this really isn't that hard to make. As Doneh said, trying to make it seem like you struggled to make this and having people tell you what to do won't help you. Go to the tutorials section and get in some practice, because doing simple sound, muzzle flash, and texture edits that only take a few minutes in reality won't get you far. The texture needs to be fixed up like Hells High pointed out as the seams don't really match up, but saying that you will update it when you feel like it is a rather unprofessional stance to take towards your submissions and is likely to garner even more negative reactions towards others (inb4 serious rants).

Most of the community here at GameBanana has a high standard in regards to skins. Although this may seem contradictory due to the flood of beginner skins that seem to be popping up so frequently, this is a fact. Most people either want to see something new, or something that has been done before but with a new spark of life (so to speak). Most of the skins based on Valve's default model and animations are usually frowned upon since they are usually only simple texture edits and minor sound swaps at best. If you really want to impress people, go to the tutorials section and look into some of the more advanced techniques that you would see around here. Simply taking the default models/textures/sounds and touching them up (or taking someone else's work and doing minor touch-ups) won't get you very far, and will usually cause negative reactions from some of the more experienced users on this site.

Overall, I give this a 3/10. You really do need to improve your skills. If you really did struggle to do this, then maybe you should consider trying something easier (like sprays, GUI modifications, backgrounds, or sound editing) before trying to make weapon skins. There are plenty of tutorials you can find for each of the things I suggested, so please take a look into them.

who are you to dictate what we say about anything? most of us are only telling the ugly truth. if you dont like it you can be a good boy and bugger the hell off

If you are going to make one of THESE skins, at least make the seams match up.
