You're obviously just starting to make skins for CS:S and what not, so here's a tip: don't upload things that are as easy to do as this. I'm guessing this took you less than 10 minute's work to create. What most people would consider a good skin requires at least a few hours of actual effort put into it. The standards here at GameBanana are pretty high, so simple reskins like this are best avoided. Before you even think of making another submission, hit the tutorials section so that you may learn some new techniques. After learning some new techniques, take some time to actually practice the info you learn and get it down so that you don't have to keep referring to tutorials.

Since this is such a simple thing to do, I can give no higher than a 3/10, which is lenient on my part. Sorry, but that's as good of a rating as you will get. Literally anyone can whip something like this together in just a few minutes with the proper programs. Take my advice, and hit the tutorials.
