This is a skin. A mod is what Counter-Strike used to be before it was implemented as a standalone game. Also if you think this is the worst, you havent seen anything yet.

On the skin, the only problem i found with it was that the twirling sound only plays when missing with the knife, and not when its supposed to. And i would be more comfortable without the sleeves too.

Amazing knife model, but the sharpened edge on the metal should be chrome colored, and the black you have should be removed. Have you ever looked at a real knife?!?
