1.) Highlight the text and Copy (ctrl+c) and Paste (ctrl+v) into a Notepad. (Don't worry about the text and stuff if it doesn't line up and what not.)

2.) Go to File, Save As.

Put the File name as "Autoexec.cfg" without the "quote", make sure to set the Save As type to All files.

3.) Now browse your way to "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\ YourSteamAccount\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg". Then click save.

4.) Run CS:S, go to Options, Keyboard, Advanced, Make sure "Enable Developers Console" is checked, if not, do so.

5.) Press the "~" key (under the Esc), and look in the Console to see that the script loaded. If not, Press F7... if still nothing. Let me know.
