go to : program files/steam/steamapps/yourusername/counter-strike source/cstrike/cfg. create a new txt dokument, whrite what ever you want, save it as, save is type, all files, and name it "surfing.cfg" and type in your console "exec surfing.cfg" and then press f5 :D

You dont need svcheat 1 to the other comands work. if u want to use this in a server and just put the rconpassword and add rcon "comand" and u could do:
bind f5 start
alias start "svairaccelerate 250; svenableboost 1; sv_enablebunnyhopping 1; bind f5 stop"
alias stop "svairaccelerate 10; svenableboost 0; sv_enablebunnyhopping 0; bind f5 start"
now you can turn on and off =)
