Can't really saying thing else to what ThePinkPanzer said. The basic idea is there, but you need to work on details and optimization. I've been looking at your other submissions and you seem to be pumping out prefabs every few days. Try spending more time on just one and make it unique :)

Pros:

• Shows progress in mapping skill.

Cons:

• Very basic brush work.
• Mostly useless.
• Unoptimized.
• Seems unscaled and unrealistic.

Improvements:

• More advanced geometry.
• Scale (small tower, etc. etc.)
• More detail (improved rails, pipes.)
• Optimization (use the nodraw texture on areas that the player can not see.)

Notes:

• Shows basic understanding of the concept of mapping, and progress from older works.
