Pros: Nice structure. Good starting model. Cons: Too many gaps, non-breakeable windows, incorrect textures. Was it supposed to have an full functional garage door? Improvements: Elevator, correct gaps, one brush per breakeable window... Notes: Giving you 9.3 because it's not so bad at all. Continue your good work.
When are you going to realease the screenshots?
Pros: The building looks great. I like how it has more than just 2 floors and how it has an entrance to the roof. I also love the fire escape in the back. There seems to be a lot of detail for this prefab. Cons: Sadly there are a few cons. First off there are alot of overlapping brushes or brushes that dont connect leaving a gap. Like the front door has a gap down the middle. The windows are all one brush per wall except the fire escape. Improvements: Fix the gaps and overlapping brushes. Also make each window fit into its frame. And it could add to the map if each window could be broken. Maybe make the garage door work too. Also make the walls of the house a func_detail, that will help with using up resources and lowering compile times. Notes: I like the idea and overall prefab itself but it would be alot better if you were to fix the cons and add the improvements because I would love to use this in one of my maps or see it used in others.
