Posted by Clener74 Looking good, can have some improvements though.

The textures are a good choice; they all have the same type of color, which is why they are fitting each other very well and giving a good look to the map. There is almost no overusing of them however there is one that is currently excesively used, and that texture is the one you used for those "castles", that one with the gray bricks. What is most annoying is that you used it for the roof, the walls...and the stairs.

Other thing that is a bit confusing is that you used wall textures for every floor except the outside, there should be many that could go well for the ground.
This same thing goes for those little bridges crossing the small river.

Gameplay is very entertaining, as they take different paths going from the bridges on the sides or going across the boxes and the river, they also go to the spots to snipe from sometimes, and shoot from there, almost no problems if I've evr found one.

Design looks interesting as well, as the texturing defiantly fits in such environments. The river in the middle was a good idea to separate both sides, mainly because it isn't deep enough to swim in, and the boxes can be used as cover or a place to hide in to reload. Towers that are near the castles are pretty useful to sniper from using the Scouts that are in the grass roof covering the boxes, and the grenades are a good addition too.

Finishing, boxes help to fill up some space near the castles.

If I may say some problems I have with the map, the first of them would be the skybox, I don't hate it, but it looks really deppresive, and most likely lacks detail. Adding to that the fact that it is too gray too.

It would only fit if you added rain to the map, if you did, then the skybox would be more convenient. The lighting looks a bit like that too, since the skybox adds a weird effect on it.

Oh, and if you ever added rain, you could also add a rain sound, so the map doesn't remains mute any longer because of finally having a sound atmosphere, thus getting a more realistic feel.

Although not required, be sure to always do a customized navigation file with your custom maps so gameplay becomes far more smooth and organized!

The overall map looks a bit average in all honesty, as it all gets a bit ruined by the sky and its effects on the lighting that makes the map look too "gray", so to speak. However it contains a basic (yet effective) design and texturing that doesn't looks rushed at all.

Given those facts, I give it a 7. Keep going, and hoefully, this post helped.
