Hey GaTeRui.
I'm sorry to have to say but I don't see any cons, taking into consideration that this is your 7th map that is. I suggest you find some tutorials on youtube, may I suggest your search topHATTwaffle, or if you like we could have a chat, I have quite a bit of experience in mapping and can teach you a lot.
Simple things can really improve a map, for example learn displacements, make your ground look more bumpy and not so flat, which no grassy terrain is completely flat. Also you say "suitable" lighting, it doesn't appear to be any lighting in the map, I may be mistaken however from first glance I can't see a light_environment in this map.
Send me a message if you would like some tips, it appears this map was made in around 15 minutes, whereas I have been working on a map for around 3 weeks now, that's where you want to aim to be, not releasing fast average maps, but releasing very good quality maps that will draw people in to look at your work.
Send me a message, I'd love to help you get to where you want to be.
Thanks, I appreciate your help.
