    Pros:

    • Its a great start, since some mappers take a while to realize how to separate spawns (some released and well played maps still have this issue, and would be stupid easy to fix)
    • A nice, simplistic layout that doesn't try to be too fancy can easily beat a map that tries WAY too hard to be fancy.

    Cons:

    • the entire fight from friendly spawn to enemy spawn is 100% flat (i.e. the mapper's proverb of "BREAK IT THE **** UP" applies here)
    • For someone who loved HL2 (and most people who stick to the source engine love HL2), it brings my piss to a boil to see the same combine theme again and again. Sure, it was fun the first million times I've seen it done, but please do something different to distinguish yourself. Please.
    • Also, I noticed the the inner wall in the right spawn of the last screenshot was a bit small. This may result in the right side winning a spawn spam every time if the teams are of even skill. Watch for the symmetry! Use Copy-Paste if needed.

    Improvements:

    • You have a LOT more textures and processing power to work with, use it!
    • Also, for lighting, may I suggest a 100% constant light in the middle of the map at about 1400 brightness to break up the ugliness of 100% quadratic all up in this *****

    Notes:

    • Also, if you are worried about triangle count, make sure to not have any non-detail brushes touch needlessly.

    • Add some more passages other than the one way to redirect gameplay. I'd recommend ramps to get up-top, or some halls in the walls or something.

    • Much better than previous maps, but the layout still suffers.

    • Better work, my friend, but I rate this a 7.2/10. Again, improve the layout. :P
