Good sized shotgun map, all relatively close quarters which suits the weapon well. Radar would help keep people oriented a bit better as most of the interior spaces are similarly textured so the rooms sort of blend together.
Only noticed a few visual issues:
The reason why these couches are shiny and most of your props are shiny like them is that you didn't add in any cubemaps to the level, so all the reflections are using the skybox to create reflections. Since its a bright skybox texture the reflection doesn't match the darker rooms, thus odd :P
Just add a cubemap per room in your maps and then remember to build the cubemaps in console after you've compile the map, things will look so much better.
You probably noticed this yourself but the door will change lighting as you move around the map. The texture for that door is made to go onto a model, not normal brushes, Solution is just to use a normal texture and not one that contains /models/ in the name.
This just looked odd when I saw it, might have been better off picking the texture which was completely covered in ivy rather than one of these which are meant to be hanging off walls etc. That or increase the texture scale so they are not 'floating' between the wooden beams.
Still, as I said, a nice little shotgun map, some good work on the destroyed walls with the use of rebar and concrete.
